AICODL has a Co-Educational System of Education wherein Boys & Girls Study together.
Collection of Enrolment Nos. of Candidates, Exam Material (Answer Sheets, Question Paper, Practical Sheet & Exam Guidelines etc) from AICODL.
Appointment of Invigilators for Invigilating in Exam & Teaching Faculty for taking class. Payments are to be made by Study Centre.
Organizing and arranging practice teaching in a neighbouring School by the Incharge of Centre.
Submission of Answer Script (Sheets) along with Necessary Details in the Prescribed format duly filled in respect of Each Candidates to AICODL Under Sealed Covers for Purpose of Evaluation.
Examination Result can be seen on AICODL website www.svecps.ac.in
Mark Sheets & Certificate etc shall be available in the AICODLwithin 2 months period after submission of the Answer Script for Evaluation.
For any problem, the centre may Contact to the Head Office in Person or by Telephone on any Working day between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In the Event of Any Controversy/Dispute among any Students/Member/teacher/Employee of the Centre of Institution will be resolved by the Committee appointing by All India Council fo Open & Distance Learning.
OTHER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Making Proper Advertisement for attracting students for admission in their Study Centres on their Own and Bearing Expenditure of the same by the Centre Incharge.
Making Proper Arrangement for drinking water and Proper Sanitation.
Organize Parent Teacher meeting’s from time to time in the Centre to Discuss & take Parents in Confidence.

Ø Prospectus cum Admission form is Issued by the AICODL at the Cost of 500/-.
Ø Every Year AICODL Session begins from the Month of January /July and the Final Examination is Conduct between December /June . the Exam will be Conduct in Hindi & English as per Choice of the students. Question Papers are available in Hindi & English Languages.
Certificate & Mark Sheet will be issued by “All India Council fo Open & Distance Learning” after Annual Examination in the month of February/September.

Memorandum /Details of Society, Trust or Limited Company. Also include the Resolution for becoming the ECPS Admission and Information Centre.
1- FOUR Colour Photograph of Centre Head with BIO-DATA and Copy of the Educational Certificates.
2- Photo ID Proof in form of Copy of Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card etc & Address Verification.
3- Copy of PAN Card.
4- An Affidavit of Agreement (Provided by us in Affiliation Form) on Rs. 10/- Stamp Paper.
5- Floor Plan / Map of the Area.
6- Configuration of Equipments / Facilities in Separate List.
7- Building Photographs.
The application in printed Letter Head is to be submitted to “The Director, "SWAMI VIVEKANAND EDUCATIONAL COUNCIL OF PROFESSIONAL STUDY" along with security fee 10,000 Rs.
1. Name of the proposed course(s).[List of course is available In the website “ www.svecps.ac.in”]
2. Name of the Society or Trust or approved academic institution organizing the center. (A copy of the certificate of registration to be enclosed).
3. Infrastructure available in details as per norms of the paramedical education foundation is to be submitted. Status of the building whether owned or rented is to be indicated (copy of ownership deed/ Agreement of Tenancy and layout plan of the building are to be enclosed).
4. Equipment list - course wise to be submitted.
5. Faculty should have recognized professional qualification. List of Faculty including copies of recognized professional qualification to be submitted. 6. Routine for the proposed course(s) to be submitted.
7. Fund availability for the running the center is to be indicated. Copy of audited accounts for last three years, are to be submitted.
8. Certificates from the competent authority are to be submitted in respect of power connection, sanitation and hygienic condition, Water supply etc.
9. If the center is already affiliated to other affiliating body, then furnish details of the agency and the name of the courses.
10. The paramedical education foundation will scrutinize the application and after judging the authenticity and financial position of the applicant shall convey to the applicant the decision whether the center can be considered, for affiliation or not with reason for not considering the center.
11. If considered, paramedical education foundation will arrange for inspection team duly constituted by the authority.
12. On the basis of the recommendation made by the inspection team , provisional permission will be granted and center will be asked to deposit the affiliation fee to be paid through bank draft drown in favor of paramedical education foundation on . on receipt of the affiliation fee formal affiliation letter will be issued to the concerned center.
The management of the center shall make all necessary arrangement and create every facilities for the center for the center for conducting the proposed course(s). There is no provision of any financial help / grant from the paramedical education foundation to open / run any paramedical center.
1. Courses : List of courses are available in the council’s Website www.svecps.ac.in a part from these courses , there are some course for which syllabi have been prepared by centers send those syllabi are duly approved by this swami vivekanand educational council of professional study . Courses on any field, which have potential for employment / self - employment in an area are also accepted. Centers may forward such courses along with a copy of syllabus to this council for approval and affiliation.
Class hours: total class hours for every course will be 360 hrs & 720 hrs duration for one year & two year courses respectively. Out of which 80 % will be practical classes and 20 % will be. Theoretical classes minimum 15 hrs (12 hrs practical + 3 hrs theoretical) classes per week each course / batch are to be conducted.
2. Affiliation fee: affiliation fee of Rs.20000 /- (Rupees twenty thousand only) is charged for 1 to 4 courses. For each additional course a sum of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousands only) is charged. Normally affiliation is granted for one year if otherwise there is no specific reason. Renewal of affiliation fee is 15000/- (rupees fifteen thousand only).
3. Services charge : services charge @ 10% of the total fee as collected from the students is to be paid to this enrollment fee @ Rs 500 /- for each student is to be paid to the swami vivekanand educational council of professional study for registration within the stipulated date .
4. Examination fee: examination fee @ Rs 750 /- for each student is to be paid to the swami vivekanand educational council of professional study for registration within the stipulated date.
5. Session: July to June for 1 & 2 years courses.
The instituting having following infrastructure may apply for accrediation-
Classroom for 25 students (minimum area 225Sq. ft) should have proper ventilation,well-illuminated black board / white board and availability of adequate furniture and ceiling fan.
The Lab size for 25 students should be at least 25 x 20 ft. with adequate lighting and exhaust Fans or sealing fans . The Lab should have the following tools/ equipments / apparatus or material for practical training :-
