Naturopathy is a form of alternative medicine system that employs an array o scientific and pseudo-scientific practices which are natural, non-invasive, self-healing in nature.
Yoga therapy may be defined as the application of Yogic principles to a subject with an objective of achieving spiritual, psychological or physiological healing or simply development. This comprises application of meditation, study of scriptures, chanting etc. among a variety of other practices to meet the objectives of the subject.
